Know the Warning Signs of Burnout:

More than likely, you’ve already experienced burnout to some degree or another. I encourage you to create a list of what your usual signs/symptoms are and share it with your loved ones. More than likely, they will detect the early signals before you do and can help get you back on track before burnout actually happens.
