[Interview – Cody Bramlett] If you’re a doctor, you have a different language than if you’re a lawyer than if you’re a civil engineer or mechanical engineer. Well, our space also has a language and this is part of that.
[Interview – Robby Amaro] Failure, what it means, is an opportunity. You cannot improve at anything, typically, without hitting a roadblock or some kind of issue. As much as the issue sucks at the moment, that’s exactly what’s going to teach you and help you improve.
[Interview – Robby Amaro] What is intentional networking? It is exposing yourself to a group of people who are typically like-minded in that they have some kind of intention behind being in a space together. For example, you don’t aimlessly go to every networking event and assume something good is going to come out of it. Networking should be intentional.
[Interview – Robby Amaro] Most people take too long to make decisions. The fact that you make the decision a positive thing because the quicker you make decisions, the quicker you learn, the quicker you know whether to or to not make that decision again.
